We collect personal information such as: (i) your personal and/or business contact information (including full name, telephone number, email address, physical address, and business website address); (ii) your financial information (such as bank account details, credit card number, expiration date, verification number, and billing address); (iii) username and password; (iv) individually identifiable information (including certification number, signatures, rating and/or certification levels, medical dates, flight review dates, and log notations); (v) geolocation or general location data; (vi) pilot certificate numbers and specific information regarding your aircraft(s), such as make, model, serial number, and equipment information; (vii) tax identification information, including Social Security number, Federal EIN, and Tax Identification Number (TIN); (viii) other various business information (such as number of years in business, state identification number, business license number, and lease terms, if applicable); (ix) insurance information (including name on policy, address on policy, policy number, insurance provider, and agent’s name, address, and phone number); and/or (x) your preferences, usage patterns, and behavioral data related to your interaction with the Services. Once you register, you have consented to receive electronic communications from Crewchief in accordance with applicable laws.
Crewchief may also provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys through the Services. If you choose to participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary, and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose such information. We will only collect and process this information where we have a lawful basis to do so under applicable data protection laws, such as your consent, the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests.
Information We Collect Automatically

Parties with whom we may share your information:
Service Providers. Your Information Choices

Your California Privacy Rights
We're not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), but we're keeping it on our radar and will review our obligations as our business continues to grow.

Children and Minors. Crewchief does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under thirteen, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
