You will receive a email with details of the next steps
On first login you will be asked to enter important details about yourself in order to complete your Member profile. Please note: Crewchief Systems staff will finalize the aircraft profile based on the details of your scanned records.

Create your account
Some of the fields will be filled already.

Download and log into the Crewchief GA app.
Crewchief GA app may be found through either
the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Complete your member profile within the app
On first login you will be asked to enter important details about yourself in order to complete your Member profile. Please note: Crewchief Systems staff will finalize the aircraft profile based on the details of your scanned records.

Scan and upload your aircraft logbooks
Scanning is easy as digitally depositing a check. No
need to send us any paper. Simply capture clean
entries using our in-app scanning feature which
may be found under "Aircraft Records" in the main
menu. Cards for each record type are provided,
please upload your records accordingly.

You also have the option to upload documents via web
Just like you do on your mobile device, you are able to upload .PDF files regarding your aircraft logs through the Document Center tab. Simply click the upload button beside each record type, please upload your records accordingly.

Begin using the system while we complete your profile
You may start using the system immediately but
please allow up to 10 business days for our team of
A&P's and Industry professionals to conduct a
thorough logbooks and safety review as we build
your aircraft profile.
